| *Incineration Principle Vertical revolving pyrolysis incinerator is composed of pyrolysisincinerator is shown as the graph.From top to bottom.It can bedivided into five layers:drying layer,pyrolysis and gasificationlayer,burning layer,hot residue layer and cold resduedischarging layer.After being fed into the pyrolysisincinerator,the refuse is dryed by the gas comes up frompyrolysislayer.along with the movement downward,the refuse comes inpyrolysis and gasification layer;With the pyrolysis andgasification reaction going on,some of the combustible matterswill be resolved into combustible gas such as carbon monoxide andgaseous hydrocation,and come into the mixed fume which is led tothe secondary combustor for secondary burnning ,the remainder(fluid tar oil,purer carbon as well as inorganic spodosal andinerts contained in refuse)will be continuely and sufficientlyburned in burming layer,the combustion temperature comes to1100-1300℃,the heat is brought to pyrolysis and gasificationlayer and drying layer.The burnt residue moves continusely fromburning layer into hot residue layer,then the cold residuedischarging layer,and is cooled by primary air supply from thebottom of the incinerator (the supplied air is previously heat bythe residue at the same time).The cooled residue is crashed intopiece by the rotating fire grate,discharged by the spatufate slagtransporter. The primary air provides sufficientoxygen to buming layer though the residue layer,consumes lageramount of oxygen,and goes up into the pyralysis and gasificationlayer thus the anoxic condition in which pyrolysis reaction willlhappen is formed. Obviously,through pyrolysisand gasification reaction,the energy in refuse has been broke upinto two forms.The pyrolytic element is led in the secondarychamber to combust and the resdue of the reaction remain combustin the pyrolysis incinerator.Pyrolysis ,gasification reaction andcombustion of the refuse form a balance following with thedownward movement of the refuse. .When feeding and dischargingsystem works continuously and steadily,the physical and chemicalprocess of every reaction layer of the incinerator will be keptcontinuous and steadily, which will ensure the running of theincinerator in order and stable. | |
